All of our classes include breathing techniques to reduce stress, posture work and movement for strength, stamina and flexibility. We also weave in meditation and mindfulness techniques, all of which promote a sense of calm, confidence and relaxation for you to take with you into your day.
Online, Drop in & Bespoke
Our live online yoga classes are Wednesday mornings from 7.45 – 8.30 am and Saturday mornings from 9.00 – 10.00 am. This enables you to do a complete morning practice and still be ready to get on with your day. Your first class is free so you are more than welcome to give it a go and see how you find it.
We also have a lovely space at Fletchers Mill, Dean Clough Mills, Old Ln, Halifax, HX3 5WP where we provide drop in classes. At the moment these are on hold due to covid 19. If you’d like a bespoke session for your workplace please contact us. We can come to you, or you’re welcome to use our space and we can provide equipment.
You can experience all of the benefits of yoga by practicing on a chair. This can be perfect if you have mobility issues or if you are a desk based worker and would like some tools to take back to your office to share with colleagues or to support you to slow down, breathe and move during your working day.

One to One
Yoga was originally taught on a one-to-one basis in order to fully meet the needs of the student and this is a lovely way to practice. We tailor the session to your individual needs in a fun, empathetic and safe environment. We offer these yoga sessions online or in your office, workplace, home or in our small studio in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
